Jessica Roberson Wright, head trainer and barn manager at Roberson Equestrian Facility has over 25 years of riding experience. She is a Former Pony Clubber and member of the 1996 USDF Region Three North American Young Riders Championship (NAYRC) Team. She has a degree in Recreational Therapy with a minor in Horse Science from Middle Tennessee State University. She is also a North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA) certified instructor.
In 2006 Jessica earned her USDF Bronze Medal in dressage and is working toward her Silver Medal. Currently she is concentrating on developing a young rider program. Her talent and love of teaching
allow her to assist in the development of her young students in such a way that they not only gain confidence as riders, but as individuals.  2011 marks the second year in a row that she was able to guide a young rider to the North American Young Riders Championships and the Festival of Champions, two of the top competitions offered in dressage at the FEI levels.
In addition to teaching, Jessica's personal goals are to advance  in the dressage arena and to work with quality young horses in hand and under saddle.

For your jumping needs we offer a wonderful instructor, Alison Kroviak

Alison Kroviak has been riding for over 30 years.  She is a graduate of Lake Erie College in Painesville Ohio.  She spent 18 years with Kathy Henry of Chardon Ohio, first as a student and eventually as assistant trainer and barn manager.

She has successfully competed horses through Training level eventing and 2nd level dressage.  She has several top honors in Area VIII and Area III and twice she has taken horses to number two nationally and once, in 2008, she claimed the top spot with her horse Kona.  In 2011 she purchased a talented young mare named Dolce.  The pair had a very successful first season out at Beginner Novice, ranking #1 in the USEA National Standings for both horse and rider.
With experience in Hunters, Jumpers and Eventing, she has proven to be an excellent teacher with a reputation of being tough but fair.  She has many clients, adults and juniors that are active and successful in all disciplines.

She has several project horses in the works and is planning on breeding her  horse, Lacey.  She joined REF in 2006, bringing her jumps and planning to stay a few months.  Currently still in residence she helps REF offer one more option to its clientele.
